Shipping, Refund and Warranty Policy


All orders over $100 will be sent to you free of carriage charges. Any orders under $100 have a set carriage charge of $6.85 per item.

We use Australia Post or Toll for the majority of our orders.

You will receive tracking details via email when we send your goods.

All orders will be despatched within one business day. Should this not be possible, we will notify you of any delay with an approximate despatch date.


If the goods received match the order but, upon receipt, you decide against the purchase, we will gladly refund you in full less the cost of postage if applicable. The cost of posting the goods back to Bondi Sports is your responsibility and payable by you, the customer.

In the event the goods do not match the order, Bondi Sports will refund the full amount including the postage as well as the cost of sending the goods back.

Goods returned must be in the condition they were sent. In particular:

- Clothing must still have the tags on.

- Shoes must still be in the box and not worn.


If a product you have purchased is faulty, send it back with the receipt and we will have it examined by the manufacturer. (Postage is at your own cost).

If it is deemed to be faulty, we will send you a new one, or offer you a full refund together with the cost of your postage.
